Hi, this is Busem Erinç.

I am a Career and Education Planning Consultant in Istanbul.

  I have spent the majority of my career gaining experiences in strategic planning, marketing and communication for diverse industries being a pioneer in Brand building.  However, due to my priority in planning my children's future my children changed my focus to education and, after 15 years of professional experience I placed education at the center of my profession.

My passion for Career and Education Counseling can be traced back to 2004, when I spent significant time on the best education models and learning systems for my daughter.

 Over the years, my knowledge of education has spread to different areas including summer courses for social skills and higher education in the USA, Canada, UK and Europe. Finally, as an Education Consultant, I started to support people in this field by using my research, analysis and planning skills. Planning a person's education means planning for that person's future career, which is a big responsibility. That's why I decided to work with Harrison Assessments, a reliable assessment for people to explore themselves and identify careers where they can be competitive and successful in the future.

As someone who is very curious , I love exploring the human brain and behavior, future scenarios, skill development, arts, quantum physics, education, energy, nature and love to work towards both environmental protection, and sustainability needs. Even though I studied Art and Business Management, Mathematics has always been my favorite subject. If I can find some spare time for myself, I enjoy solving math problems. In addition to continuous learning, I love to give a completely different shape and draw different paths with my innovative approach to every subject I deal with.

As a professional with expertise in all aspects of marketing, brand positioning, strategic planning, communication, channel marketing, research and market analysis, I see it as my responsibility to use my experience in an area that will shed light on the lives of young people.

A self-described future explorer, I am now an Accredited Consultant Partner of Harrison Assessments which is committed to maximize human potential in the career field and being used in 70 countries around the world. 

I have spent the last 5 years building a new perspective in advising future career planning at Beyond Education, and I am currently most passionate about counseling students and young adults on discovering themselves, creating their dreams and drawing the paths to reach them. In the future life scenarios, I present the development plan that I have built on the competencies that they can be competitive while doing the job they enjoy.
